The contact sheet now makes the future launch choice explicit without starting that launch. Manual validation, free lead magnet, and paid product are separate gates; the product shelf decision map keeps those gates buyer-facing and comparable, while a Tim-edited manual message, the Path A packet, the proof-safety companion, the FAQ/objection desk, the lead-magnet readiness draft, the paid-product readiness draft, the first five Tim-supplied responses, and the offer-readiness comparison should be reviewed before opening bigger systems.
