# StackPilot Start Here — Manual Validation Script

Status: local draft only. This script is for Tim review before any sharing. Hermes must not send, post, DM, upload, publish, or contact anyone.

## Recommended use

Use this before building email capture or checkout. The goal is not to sell hard. The goal is to learn whether a beginner understands the Start Here pack and where they get stuck.

## Review order before sharing

Before anyone sees the preview, review the Start Here system in this order:

1. Manual router — does the beginner know which manual to open?
2. Sample artifacts — do the fictional examples make “done” clear without fake proof?
3. This validation script/log kit — are audience, wording, method, feedback questions, and response log approved by Tim?
4. Launch review card — after feedback, should the next state be WAIT, another manual batch, free lead magnet, or paid product?
5. System contact sheet — do pages, downloads, ZIP contents, proof labels, and approval gates still pass QA?

Default: run a tiny manual batch only after Tim approval. Do not connect email capture, checkout, deployment, analytics, public listing, accounts, payment/tax/KYC, or outreach.

## Human-approved share script

> I’m testing a small worksheet pack called **StackPilot Start Here**. It helps someone build the first operating folder for an AI-assisted one-person business in seven steps: buyer, offer, stack, agent, content, customer, delivery.
>
> It does **not** promise passive income, and it does **not** tell AI to publish, send, buy, or contact people automatically. It is mostly worksheets and examples.
>
> If I shared the preview with you manually, could you tell me which part feels useful, confusing, or not worth using?

## Feedback questions

1. In one sentence, who do you think this pack is for?
2. Which of the seven days would you open first?
3. What part feels confusing, too advanced, or unnecessary?
4. Would you rather receive this as a free checklist, a paid worksheet pack, or a guided service?
5. What would you need to see before trusting it?
6. What word or phrase sounds too hypey, vague, or “AI bro”?
7. If you ignored it, why?

## Follow-up boundaries

- Only reply to people who agreed to review or asked a question.
- Do not cold-message, scrape, mass DM, or automate follow-up.
- Do not claim results, customers, testimonials, or revenue.
- Do not attach private files, payment links, checkout links, or email signup forms unless Tim approves that launch path.

## Signal to log
