Do not open a store yet. Do not build a mailing list yet. Show the idea by hand, listen carefully, write down what people say, then decide what to improve.

Look for requests, questions, or willingness to try the worksheet. Do not treat vague encouragement as demand.

Human approval locks

This page prepares a message; it does not create a campaign.

Hermes may draft local copy, organize questions, update files, and run QA.
Tim approves the audience, channel, wording, and whether to share at all.
No sending, posting, DMing, emailing, bulk outreach, ads, public deployment, checkout, or capture happens here.
No private customer details, payment/tax/legal/KYC/identity data, credentials, or account actions are used.
Replies must be recorded manually with pseudonyms/initials, not private screenshots or confidential data.
Five responses must be synthesized before choosing wait, improve, share again, lead magnet, or paid product.
