# StackPilot Start Here — First 5 Manual Validation Responses Synthesis

Status: local analysis template for Tim-supplied feedback only. This file does **not** authorize Hermes to send outreach, publish, deploy, collect emails, create accounts, connect checkout, or contact anyone.

## When to use this

Use this after Tim has manually recorded at least five responses in `manual-validation-feedback-log.md` from an approved Path A / Manual Validation test.

The goal is not to force a launch. The goal is to decide whether the Start Here pack is clear enough to share again, improve, turn into a free lead magnet, or package as a paid product.

## Safety lock

Hermes may summarize feedback Tim supplies, identify repeated language, draft local improvements, and update local files for review. Hermes may not contact people, send replies, publish, deploy, buy, create accounts, accept terms, connect email/checkout/analytics, enter private data, or claim proof without Tim approval.

Use pseudonyms or initials only. Do not paste private customer data, payment details, tax/legal/KYC/identity information, credentials, confidential screenshots, or employer/customer records into this synthesis.

## Five-response evidence table

| # | Signal type | Exact market words, shortened | Manual/day mentioned | Main confusion or objection | Proof requested | Payment or implementation signal | Product decision clue |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | yes / no / question / objection / confusion / referral / ignored |  |  |  |  |  |  |
| 2 |  |  |  |  |  |  |  |
| 3 |  |  |  |  |  |  |  |
| 4 |  |  |  |  |  |  |  |
| 5 |  |  |  |  |  |  |  |

## Pattern count

Fill this with counts, not vibes.

- Could explain the pack in one sentence: `__ / 5`
- Understood it is not guaranteed revenue: `__ / 5`
- Asked for more examples: `__ / 5`
- Asked for a video/walkthrough: `__ / 5`
- Asked about price, buying, or help implementing: `__ / 5`
- Got stuck before Manual 01 buyer clarity: `__ / 5`
- Got stuck on offer/pricing: `__ / 5`
- Got stuck on tools/AI safety: `__ / 5`
- Asked for proof, screenshots, testimonials, or case studies: `__ / 5`

## Decision rule

Choose the most conservative true answer.

### WAIT
Use when: fewer than 5 useful responses exist, feedback is mostly unclear, or Tim cannot explain who the pack is for.

Next local action: collect more Tim-supplied feedback manually. Do not build email, checkout, analytics, or public launch systems.

### IMPROVE
Use when: 2+ people repeat the same confusion, Manual 01 is not obvious, or the value is understood but the route feels too hard.

Next local action: improve copy, sample artifacts, first prompts, or the 10-year-old explanation. Share manually again after Tim approves the revised message.

### MANUAL SHARE AGAIN
Use when: people understand the pack, objections are varied, and nobody has shown enough purchase or list interest yet.

Next local action: Tim approves a second small audience/message. Hermes may draft the revised local message but may not send it.

### FREE LEAD MAGNET
Use when: people want the pack but are not ready to pay, and they ask for the worksheet/download/walkthrough.

Next local action: Tim must approve email provider, privacy/unsubscribe language, delivery flow, public page, analytics, and support path before anything is connected.

### PAID PRODUCT
Use when: there is explicit purchase intent, implementation help requests, or pricing questions from the right audience.

Next local action: Tim must approve price, checkout platform, refund/terms, delivery, support, tax/KYC/payment details, public listing, and first metric before anything is connected.

## Recommended next move

```text
Recommended decision: WAIT / IMPROVE / MANUAL SHARE AGAIN / FREE LEAD MAGNET / PAID PRODUCT
Why this is the conservative decision:
What must be improved before any bigger launch:
What proof is allowed to mention:
What proof is not allowed to claim yet:
Next Tim approval needed:
Next Hermes-safe local action:
Stop rule for the next test:
```

## Copy improvement notes

Use market words only if Tim supplied them. Do not invent testimonials or imply revenue.

- Better one-sentence promise:
- Manual 01 wording fix:
- Sample artifact to add or clarify:
- Safety warning to make more obvious:
- FAQ question to add:
- Launch page claim to avoid:

## Human approval checkpoint

Before moving beyond manual validation, Tim must explicitly approve the path, public copy, proof allowed, systems, support expectation, first metric, and stop rule. Until then, this synthesis remains a local review artifact only.
