# Manual Validation Message Review

Status: local/draft-only. This sheet prepares a Tim-approved manual validation message. It does not send, post, email, DM, publish, track, collect, or connect any launch system.

## Purpose

Use this sheet after the Start Here launch approval card chooses **Path A / Manual validation**. The goal is to learn from a tiny human-share test before building email capture, checkout, analytics, deployment, ads, or outreach automation.

## Human approval lock

Before any message is shared manually, Tim must approve:

- exact audience or person type
- exact recipient/channel if applicable
- final wording in Tim's voice
- which Start Here asset or local preview is allowed to be shown
- what feedback should be recorded
- the stop rule before any bigger launch system opens

Hermes may draft and organize. Hermes must not send, post, DM, email, bulk-message, scrape contacts, deploy pages, open checkout, connect analytics, create accounts, accept terms, or use private payment/tax/legal/KYC/identity/customer data.

## Recommended tiny audience

Pick one small group only:

- Beginner builder: someone curious about AI-assisted one-person business but overwhelmed by the order.
- Busy operator: someone with a messy follow-up/content/delivery workflow who needs safe AI boundaries.
- Creator or consultant: someone with knowledge or services who needs buyer → offer → proof clarity.

Use pseudonyms or initials in notes. Do not paste private messages, confidential screenshots, phone numbers, emails, customer names, or employer/private data into the feedback log.

## Draft A — beginner builder

```text
Hey — I am testing a small Start Here worksheet pack for people who want to build an AI-assisted one-person business without jumping straight into random tools.
The idea is simple: buyer → pain → offer → stack → agents → content → customers → delivery.
Would you be willing to look at the Start Here route and tell me where it gets confusing, what feels useful, and whether you would actually use the 7-day worksheet sequence? No signup or purchase — I am trying to find the weak spots before building anything public.
```

Record:

- What confused them first?
- What felt useful?
- Biggest objection?
- Would they use Day 01 without help?

## Draft B — busy operator

```text
Quick question — I am reviewing a simple field-manual pack for deciding what AI should and should not do in a small business workflow.
It does not promise automation magic. It forces the order: name the buyer, define the offer, map the smallest stack, then give AI one safe prep job with human approval gates.
If I send you the local Start Here outline, could you tell me whether the sequence would help you fix a real workflow, what feels too basic, and what would make you trust it enough to use?
```

Record:

- What workflow would they test?
- What AI prep job sounds safe/useful?
- What action must stay human-approved?
- What would make them trust the pack?

## Draft C — creator or consultant

```text
I am pressure-testing a Start Here pack for turning expertise into a safe AI-assisted business workflow.
The pack starts before tools: who is the buyer, what pain matters, what offer is clear, what proof can be shown honestly, and what AI can draft without publishing or contacting anyone.
Would you review the route and tell me where the offer gets stronger or weaker? I am especially looking for objections, unclear language, and whether the sample artifacts make “done” obvious.
```

Record:

- Which buyer was clearest?
- Did the offer feel specific enough?
- What proof would be needed before recommending or buying?
- What sample artifact made “done” obvious or still confusing?

## Approval checklist

- [ ] Tim chose one tiny audience.
- [ ] Tim edited the wording in his own voice.
- [ ] Tim approved the exact recipient/channel.
- [ ] Tim approved which Start Here page/file can be shown.
- [ ] No public post, bulk DM, email blast, ad, capture flow, checkout, analytics, deployment, or automation is involved.
- [ ] Feedback will be recorded manually in `manual-validation-feedback-log.md` using pseudonyms/initials only.
- [ ] After five responses, use `manual-validation-response-synthesis.md` and `manual-validation-decision-review.md` before opening any bigger launch system.

## Stop rules

Pause and improve before launch systems if:

- people cannot explain the buyer → offer → stack route
- the first worksheet feels too hard or vague
- responses are only polite encouragement with no questions, objections, or use case
- readers want a different promise than the pack currently makes
- proof/trust objections are stronger than interest

Possible next decisions after five responses:

- WAIT
- IMPROVE
- MANUAL SHARE AGAIN
- FREE LEAD MAGNET
- PAID PRODUCT
