Command brief
Do not turn one compliment into a launch system.
Five responses are enough to spot obvious confusion, but not enough to pretend the market has validated a product. This page keeps the next move conservative and evidence-based.
First 5 review / SP-VALIDATE-05
A no-data local operator sheet for the Start Here manual-validation path. It does not collect feedback. It tells Tim how to read five manually captured responses before opening email, checkout, analytics, deployment, or outreach systems.

If they understand but do not ask for it, share manually again. If they get stuck, improve the pack. If they ask for the download or price, then Tim can approve the next bigger system.
Evidence gates
At least three of five can say it creates seven business artifacts before automation, not guaranteed revenue.
Two or more mention the same problem: buyer unclear, offer too vague, too many steps, AI safety confusing, or proof missing.
They request the worksheet, walkthrough, price, implementation help, or a way to get the pack after reading the promise.

Safety locks
Summarize Tim-supplied feedback, count repeated language, improve local copy, update sample artifacts, regenerate ZIPs, and run QA.
Publishing, deployment, email capture, checkout, analytics, accounts, terms, outreach, posting, paid ads, payment/KYC/tax/legal/identity details, customer data, and public proof claims.

The Markdown sheet lives beside the message review, Path A packet, feedback log, response synthesis, and offer-readiness comparison so Tim can decide conservatively after the first five responses without connecting launch systems.
