Feedback revision worksheet / SP-REVISION-00

Turn approved feedback into safer product edits.

A local-only worksheet for the moment after Tim has manually shown the Start Here pack to a tiny approved review batch. It separates exact human language, Hermes interpretation, page edits, and launch gates so we improve clarity without inventing proof.

Command brief

Do not turn raw comments into claims.

The right next step after feedback is disciplined revision: quote exactly, remove private details, group the objection, change the smallest page section, and decide whether to retest. A comment is not a testimonial, logo, revenue claim, or permission to sell.

10-year-old mode

Write down what they said. Fix the confusing part.

If three people ask the same question, make the page easier. If one person asks to buy, write it down, but do not connect payment until Tim approves the real checkout path.

Before revising / local only

Approved feedback moves through five gates.

Use this page only after Tim approves reviewer notes for local use. The route keeps exact human language separate from Hermes interpretation, turns the smallest safe edit into a local file change, then sends the decision back to the launch review card before any public system exists.

No live capture · no checkout · no deployment · no proof invention

Revision map

Use five boxes before editing public copy.

Exact words

Quote first.

Copy the approved non-private phrase exactly. Mark whether it was confusion, objection, interest, feature request, or purchase/download ask.

Interpretation

Translate second.

Write what Hermes thinks the quote means, clearly separated from the quote. Never present interpretation as customer language.

Page edit

Change one surface.

Choose headline, lede, sample, FAQ answer, manual-validation script, public copy pack, or launch brief. Avoid rewriting the whole system.

Proof status

Label evidence honestly.

Use: fictional sample, reviewer confusion, purchase signal, approved quote, or verified proof. Most early rows are not proof.

Next test

Retest or queue.

Decide: revise and retest, add FAQ, improve sample, queue lead magnet, queue paid product, or wait for more feedback.

Approval gate

Keep systems off.

No email capture, checkout, analytics, deployment, outreach, account setup, terms acceptance, payment/tax/KYC work, or public listing from this worksheet.

Local decision selector

What kind of feedback came back?

Click a feedback type. This only changes the local recommendation card; it does not save, submit, or send anything.

Edit guardrails

Every revision must preserve buyer safety.

Allowed edits

  • Clarify headline, lede, FAQ, sample labels, worksheet instructions, and launch-path copy.
  • Add approved, anonymized exact-language notes when Tim has cleared them.
  • Update local Markdown and ZIP assets after verification.

Blocked edits

  • No invented testimonials, customers, revenue, screenshots, logos, or case studies.
  • No “people love this” language unless there are approved rows that support it.
  • No public launch systems without explicit Tim approval.

Verification

  • Run the reusable static verifier after page/download edits.
  • Regenerate the ZIP after bundle-file changes.
  • Keep no-live-field pages free of forms, inputs, textareas, and selects.

Copy discipline / quote vs interpretation rule

Never blur what people said with what Hermes thinks.

Exact quoteReviewer language

Use quotation marks and remove private details. Do not polish it into a testimonial.

Hermes readInterpretation

Label this as analysis, not market language. Include uncertainty when the signal is thin.

Small editOne surface

Change one headline, sample label, FAQ answer, script line, or launch brief section.

GateLaunch review card

Route the result back to WAIT, manual-first, free-magnet, or paid-product review.

Safety lock

This worksheet improves copy. It does not launch anything.

No form, input, textarea, select, checkout, email capture, analytics, deployment, account creation, terms acceptance, outreach, payment/tax/KYC step, private-data request, public launch, or live customer system exists on this page.

Revision safety reviewed. Next gate: apply one small local edit and verify.
