Real Estate Stack · Chapter 10 of 10
Week one, start to finish
This is the executable version of the whole guide: a Monday-to-Sunday plan for each of the three tiers, from zero accounts to a real Claude Project, a real buyer packet, a real CMA, and a real lead script. Every task links to the chapter that explains it in depth. Work the tier that matches your budget, not the one that looks the most impressive.
Why this chapter
Every prior chapter explained a piece of the stack. This one sequences the pieces into seven days so you actually finish instead of reading nine chapters and doing nothing. Each row names the day, the task, the tool, a time estimate as a range of hours, and what proves the task is actually done, not just started.

Claude does / human does: your first CMA of week one
Trigger: you have a subject address and need a CMA by Wednesday of week one, on any tier.
What Claude prepares: a draft narrative built from the county assessor record you pulled first and the comps you selected in your CMA tool, with a value range and the reasoning behind it written in plain language.
What the human checks and does: verify every comp against the MLS yourself, confirm the county record's sale history and square footage match what you're presenting, and set the final list price yourself.
What is never automated: Claude never states a value as certain, never picks the comps unsupervised, and never sends the CMA to a client without you reviewing it first.
Claude does / human does: your first buyer packet of week one
Trigger: you have a real or practice buyer and need the standard pre-contract packet drafted by Wednesday.
What Claude prepares: with Claude in Chrome driving your signed-in transaction system, it can fill repeatable fields (names, dates, addresses) across the packet's forms while you watch each step.
What the human checks and does: you review every filled field before anything is finalized, and you are the one who clicks send on the signing envelope. You are the counter-signer of record.
What is never automated: Claude never sends the envelope, never signs on your behalf, and never fills a legal term (commission percentage, term length) without your explicit instruction.
What to measure after 30 days
Once week one is behind you, track these numbers weekly. Most of them come straight out of your CRM or pipeline file.
- Response time to new leads (minutes, from lead capture to first human reply)
- Contacts touched per week (calls, texts, emails, videos, sent from the CRM)
- Packets sent (buyer or listing agreements that went out for signature)
- CMAs delivered (to a real seller or buyer, not practice runs)
- Listings launched (went live on MLS with a full checklist completed)
- The one number that matters: appointments set. Everything above exists to produce this one number, so if it isn't moving, look upstream at response time and contacts touched first.
What stays human
- Every account creation, every payment, and every credential belongs to you, not to an assistant.
- Reviewing and sending every packet, every CMA, and every listing description before a client sees it.
- Deciding when a task is actually done, using the "proof it's done" column above, not just when a task was started.
Do this today
- Pick your tier, honestly, based on your current transaction volume and budget, not your ambitions.
- Block Monday morning on your calendar to write the office file and create your first Claude Project.
- Print or save this week's table somewhere you'll actually look at it every morning.

Starting from zero? Use the field manuals first.
02 · BEFORE YOU BUY SOFTWARE
If you're still choosing the buyer, offer, stack, agents, content, customers, and delivery, don't start with a tool: start with the manuals. These create local worksheets only: no checkout, outreach, or account setup.
Find the first manual
Not sure which guide to open first? Start from your stuck point and let the finder recommend the next manual and the first worksheet question. No personal data is collected: it just points you at the right starting move.
Work the starter pack
Move through buyer, offer, stack, agents, content, customers, and delivery as a sequence of short local worksheet sessions. One artifact at a time, in order, so you build the business instead of browsing for it.
See what "done" looks like
Read a fully worked field manual before writing your own version, so the output feels concrete: a real, numbered workflow with the risky steps gated, not a fake proof claim.
