Information we collect
StackPilot Guides may collect basic website analytics, referral/click data for outbound routes, and information a reader voluntarily submits through a form or email. We do not sell personal information.
Affiliate and outbound links
Outbound /go/ routes may be used to measure clicks and may later point to approved affiliate tracking links. Affiliate networks or vendors may collect their own data after you leave StackPilot Guides.
Email and contact
If you contact us or join a future email list, we use that information to respond or send requested updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email when that option is available.
What we store when you submit a form
When you enter your email to get a worksheet pack, we store the email address, the pack you asked for, and the page it came from. When you submit a Pipeline Health Audit intake, we store your email and the answers you typed. We use this only to deliver the download or respond to the audit request, and to send occasional field notes if you asked for the pack, never to a third party. If you asked for a manual's week-one checklist, we keep your address only to tell you when that manual is updated.
Page-view analytics
We keep an aggregate daily count of page visits (page path and, if you arrived from another site, that site's domain). We do not log IP addresses, do not set analytics cookies, and do not use any third-party tracker.
Some links to this site carry a short campaign label, such as ?c=news. When one is present we count the label in place of the referring domain, and add it to the same aggregate count if you request a download. The label describes the link you followed, not you, and it is not written to your browser's storage.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Email [email protected] to unsubscribe from field notes or to ask us to delete your stored email and form submissions.

Software worksheet and launch interest
The free software worksheet processes answers in your browser. We do not send your tool names, costs, evidence, or action plan to analytics. Answers are not stored by this worksheet after you leave; use its download or print option to keep your result.
We count a small set of aggregate events, such as opening the sample, completing a decision, exporting it, and clicking checkout. These counts contain an event name and a broad source category, not your worksheet answers or a user identifier. The worksheet event tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts may include bots or repeated visits and are not verified unique people.
If you submit the optional launch-interest form, your email and the requested resource are saved separately so StackPilot can respond about that resource. The form does not send an automatic email. Do not include sensitive customer information in an audit intake.
