Offer readiness / SP-OFFER-GATE

Choose the offer path after real feedback exists.

A local no-form comparison sheet for deciding whether Start Here should stay in manual validation, become a free lead magnet, become a paid product, or go back for improvement. It uses Tim-supplied feedback only.

Command brief

Do not confuse readiness with permission.

This sheet can say which path looks strongest, but it does not authorize a launch. It packages the evidence Tim needs before approving a tiny manual test, a lead-magnet build, or a checkout build. Use the proof-safety companion first if the evidence is still fictional, hypothetical, or not permissioned.

10-year-old mode

If people only say “cool,” keep learning.

If they get confused, fix the page. If they ask for the worksheet, maybe prepare a free download. If they ask what it costs or want help using it, maybe prepare a paid product — but only after Tim approves the systems.

Evidence comparison

Each next path needs a different kind of proof.

Readiness thresholds

Five responses are a direction signal, not a victory lap.

Manual share again

Clear but not urgent.

Readers understand the route, but do not ask for download, price, or help. Use another tiny Tim-approved manual share before building systems.

no systems yet
Free lead magnet

Utility pull appears.

Readers ask for the worksheet, printable, examples, or walkthrough. Prepare only local email/download assets until Tim approves provider, privacy, delivery, analytics, and deployment.

Paid product

Payment pull appears.

Readers ask what it costs, whether they can buy it, or whether Tim/Hermes can help implement it. Prepare only local pricing/offer assets until checkout/payment gates are approved.

KYC blocked

No-data readiness selector

Pick the strongest true evidence pattern.

Readiness review complete locally. Next real-world gate: Tim approves the chosen path before Hermes builds or connects any external system.

Hermes-safe next work

Local prep only.

Hermes may update local copy, sample artifacts, worksheets, FAQ, lead-magnet drafts, offer-page drafts, price hypotheses, ZIPs, and verifier coverage from Tim-supplied feedback.

Tim approval required

Every external or sensitive move stays locked.

Publishing, sending, contacting, buying, deployment, accounts, terms, email capture, checkout, analytics, payment/KYC/tax/legal/identity details, customer data, public proof claims, and support commitments require explicit approval.
