# Start Here Offer Readiness Comparison

Status: local review sheet only. This file does not authorize publishing, email capture, checkout, analytics, deployment, outreach, account creation, terms acceptance, payment/KYC/tax/legal/identity details, customer-data use, or public proof claims.

## Purpose

Use this sheet after Tim has manually gathered feedback and reviewed:

1. `manual-validation-feedback-log.md`
2. `manual-validation-response-synthesis.md`
3. `manual-validation-decision-review.md`
4. `manual-validation-path-a-packet.md` if Path A was used

The question is not “can StackPilot launch?” The question is: **which next local preparation path has enough evidence to justify Tim approval?**

## Evidence rules

- Use Tim-supplied feedback only.
- Use pseudonyms/initials, not private customer data.
- Do not paste emails, phone numbers, screenshots, payment details, confidential notes, or identity information.
- Do not invent proof, testimonials, revenue, screenshots, logos, customers, or demand.
- Treat five responses as a direction signal, not market validation.

## Path comparison

| Decision | Use when | Hermes-safe local work | Still blocked until Tim approves |
|---|---|---|---|
| WAIT | Fewer than five useful responses, wrong audience, or mostly polite praise. | Wait for more Tim-supplied notes; improve the manual-share ask locally. | No outreach system, no capture, no checkout, no deployment. |
| IMPROVE | Two or more people repeat the same confusion about the route, Day 01, AI safety, proof, or promise. | Update copy, examples, first prompts, FAQ, safety language, ZIP, and QA. | No public proof claims; no systems. |
| MANUAL SHARE AGAIN | Readers understand the pack but do not request a download, walkthrough, price, or help. | Draft the next tiny-audience message and stop rule for Tim review. | Tim chooses audience/channel and manually shares if approved. |
| FREE LEAD MAGNET | Right-fit readers ask for the worksheet, PDF, examples, or walkthrough. | Draft local landing copy, privacy checklist, delivery email, and QA page. | Email provider, privacy/unsubscribe, analytics, deployment, delivery, support, and capture. |
| PAID PRODUCT | Right-fit readers ask price, buying, implementation help, or whether a paid version exists. | Draft local offer page, price hypothesis, support/refund checklist, and delivery proof. | Checkout, payment/KYC/tax/legal/identity details, terms/refund, listing, support, analytics, and launch. |

## Readiness checklist

- [ ] The evidence came from Tim-supplied feedback, not invented market proof.
- [ ] The first-five synthesis and decision review were checked.
- [ ] Pseudonyms/initials were used instead of private customer data.
- [ ] No proof, testimonial, revenue, logo, screenshot, or customer claim was invented.
- [ ] The next action is local prep only unless Tim approves an external system.
- [ ] Email, checkout, analytics, deployment, outreach, terms, accounts, payment, and KYC remain disconnected.

## Recommended default

If the evidence is mixed, choose **IMPROVE** or **MANUAL SHARE AGAIN** before opening email or checkout systems. One compliment is not validation. Repeated confusion is a product-design task. Repeated requests for the worksheet may justify a Tim-approved lead magnet. Repeated price/buy/help questions may justify a Tim-approved paid product path.

## Human approval lock

Hermes may draft, organize, summarize, score, route, remind, create local files, update local copy, regenerate ZIPs, and run QA. Tim/humans approve publishing, sending, contacting, buying, deployment, accounts, terms, email capture, checkout, analytics, payment/KYC/tax/legal/identity details, customer data, support commitments, and public proof claims.
