Manual validation synthesis / SP-START-SYNTH

Turn hand feedback into the next launch decision.

A draft-only decision memo for after Tim manually approves and collects a tiny feedback batch. This page does not collect responses, send messages, connect analytics, deploy, publish, or open checkout.

Command brief

Do not confuse feedback with permission to launch.

The synthesis step turns a tiny human-approved review batch into a local memo. It separates real objections from vague optimism and keeps all public/email/checkout work behind explicit approvals.

10-year-old mode

Read what people said, then pick the next safe move.

If people are confused, fix the worksheet. If they want to try it, prepare the next approval. If nobody cares, do not build a bigger machine around it.

Review order / after approved feedback

Feedback becomes a memo before it becomes a launch path.

Use this page only after Tim approves the manual review batch and the feedback rows exist. The conservative sequence is still: choose the manual, inspect fictional samples, run the validation kit, synthesize exact feedback, then compare launch decisions on the review card. No live system is authorized by this synthesis step.

Approved feedback only · no invented proof · no capture · no checkout · no deployment · no outreach

Memo structure

Five blocks make the feedback usable.

01 Count

How many signals?

Approved reviewers, useful/unclear/ignored responses, and any ask-to-try or price/value signal.

02 Exact words

What did they actually say?

Buyer language, trust gaps, confusing terms, favorite manual, and preferred next path.

03 Objection pattern

What blocked belief?

Too broad, too advanced, too AI-risky, not enough proof, unclear price, or easier alternative.

04 Product fix

What changes locally?

Headline, sample, worksheet, safety copy, FAQ, route order, or launch promise.

05 Decision

What is allowed next?

Revise, run one more manual batch, queue free lead magnet approval, or queue paid product approval.

06 Approval lock

What stays blocked?

Email capture, checkout, analytics, account setup, terms, payment/tax/KYC, deployment, posting, and outreach.

Signal thresholds

Use conservative rules before adding machinery.

Revise firstUse when 2+ reviewers cannot explain who the pack is for, what it creates, or why the AI safety lock matters.
Retest manuallyUse when feedback is useful but mixed, or when fewer than three approved responses are available.
Queue free pathUse when multiple reviewers ask to try the worksheet but price/value signal is still weak.
Queue paid pathUse only when there is clear value language, willingness-to-pay signal, support/refund readiness, and Tim approval for commercial setup.

Decision lab

Select the synthesis outcome.

Hermes-safe synthesis

Local analysis only.

  • Summarize approved feedback rows.
  • Group objections and quote exact language.
  • Draft a local decision memo and product fixes.
  • Update local files after Tim-approved learnings.

Hard stop

No launch automation.

  • No sending, posting, outreach, email capture, checkout, analytics, deployment, or public listing.
  • No account creation, terms acceptance, credentials, payment, tax, KYC, or private identity data.
  • No invented feedback, fake testimonials, fake customers, revenue claims, screenshots, or proof.
