## Tim must approve before any human test

- [ ] Exact audience or individual reviewer type.
- [ ] Exact delivery method: in-person, text, email, DM, private link, or other.
- [ ] Exact wording of the share script.
- [ ] Whether a file, screenshot, local preview, or written summary will be shown.
- [ ] What feedback questions are allowed.
- [ ] Where responses will be logged.
- [ ] Whether follow-up is allowed, and under what condition.
- [ ] Whether any name, logo, quote, screenshot, or result may ever be reused publicly.

## Hard no without extra approval

- No mass outreach.
- No cold scraped lists.
- No public posting.
- No email capture.
- No checkout or payment links.
- No account creation or terms acceptance.
- No analytics, pixels, or live tracking.
- No testimonials, case studies, names, logos, screenshots, or private details.

## Review batch size

Recommended first batch: 3–5 manually chosen reviewers. Stop after the first batch and update the objection log before changing the product.

## Success is learning, not vanity

A useful signal is a specific question, objection, confusion point, request for an example, or willingness to try one worksheet. Views and compliments are not enough.
