# Start Here FAQ + Objection Desk

Status: local no-form companion sheet. Do not publish, send, capture, sell, deploy, connect analytics, connect checkout, create accounts, accept terms, or use private payment/tax/legal/KYC/identity/customer data until Tim explicitly approves.

## Purpose

Use this sheet when a beginner asks questions that create launch pressure before the Start Here path is clear. The goal is not to talk them into buying. The goal is to route confusion back to the right safe artifact.

## Core answers

### 1. Is this proof?

Only if it happened and permission/source files exist. Fictional samples teach structure. Hypotheses guide questions. Public proof needs real evidence, privacy review, and Tim approval.

### 2. What can AI do?

AI may draft, organize, summarize, score, route, remind, compare, and create local files. AI may not publish, send, contact people, buy, deploy, delete, create accounts, accept terms, change settings, use private data, or create proof claims.

### 3. What should I finish first?

Day 01: one buyer, one painful workflow, one reason it matters now. If the buyer could be “anyone,” use `day-01-buyer-map-clarity.md` before touching offers, stacks, agents, content, customers, or delivery.

### 4. When is this ready to sell?

After real Tim-supplied feedback shows pull, not after the page looks nice. Use the first-five response synthesis and `offer-readiness-comparison.md` before preparing any lead magnet or paid product path.

### 5. Can I copy the fictional sample?

Copy the structure, not the fake business. Tiny Bookkeeping Cleanup is fictional. It is not customer proof, revenue, a testimonial, accounting advice, tax advice, or market validation.

### 6. Do I need a website first?

No. You need the first visible operating file: buyer map, offer one-liner, smallest stack map, agent job card, proof/content route, customer tracker, delivery checklist, and approval gates.

### 7. What if there is no feedback?

Do not invent feedback. Improve clarity or wait. Safe local work includes tightening Day 01, proof labels, sample artifacts, FAQs, manual message review, and offer-readiness thresholds.

### 8. What stays human-approved?

Anything public, paid, customer-facing, irreversible, or private: publish, send, contact, buy, deploy, accounts, terms, customer data, payment, tax, legal, KYC, identity, proof claims, and support promises.

## Objection routing table

| If the objection is... | Route to... | Safe next action |
| --- | --- | --- |
| “I do not know who this is for.” | `day-01-buyer-map-clarity.md` | Narrow to one buyer and workflow. |
| “Is this real proof?” | `proof-safety-companion.md` | Label it fictional, hypothesis, private note, permissioned proof, source-backed proof, or forbidden fake claim. |
| “Where do I start?” | Manual router or 7-day pack | Choose one manual or one day. |
| “People are asking for it.” | First-five synthesis + offer-readiness comparison | Count real Tim-supplied responses before choosing a path. |
| “Can we connect email or checkout?” | Tim approval gate | Stop until provider, privacy, delivery, analytics, checkout, terms, payment/KYC/tax/legal, support, deployment, and proof claims are approved. |

## Safe objection translations

- “Can AI just find customers?” → No. AI may draft questions and organize notes. Tim approves audience, message, and any manual share.
- “Is this a business in seven days?” → No. It is one operating folder in seven short sessions. Revenue still needs buyer feedback, distribution, proof, offer clarity, and approval gates.
- “Can I say people want this?” → Only if real Tim-supplied feedback supports it. Otherwise label it as a hypothesis.
- “Should I connect email or checkout?” → Not yet. Check proof safety, first-five responses, and offer readiness first.

## Safety lock

Hermes may prepare FAQ copy, local sheets, route maps, and QA updates. Hermes may not publish, send, contact, capture, sell, deploy, connect analytics/email/checkout, create accounts, accept terms, buy, post, use private data, or make public proof claims without Tim approval.
