# Day 01 Buyer Map Clarity Sheet

Status: local worksheet aid. Use before Guide 02 / Offer. Do not publish, send, capture, deploy, or connect any external system from this sheet.

## Why this exists

The fastest way to ruin an AI-assisted business idea is to start with a buyer so broad that every later decision becomes vague. Day 01 should produce one sentence a normal person can picture.

## The three-box buyer map

1. **Buyer** — one specific role, situation, or business owner.
2. **Painful workflow** — one repeated task that wastes time, causes missed money, creates anxiety, or blocks a decision.
3. **Why now** — the pressure that makes the workflow worth fixing this month.

## Fill this sentence

```text
I help [specific person] who struggles with [repeated workflow] because [current pressure].
```

## Weak vs stronger examples

### Weak

> I help small businesses use AI to grow.

### Stronger

> I help solo home-service owners turn one messy month of receipts and payments into a clean owner report before they lose another weekend.

---

### Weak

> I help realtors automate follow-up.

### Stronger

> I help busy agents review last week’s conversations and draft follow-up notes they approve manually before promising anything to a buyer or seller.

---

### Weak

> I build AI systems for creators.

### Stronger

> I help solo course creators turn one finished lesson into a reviewed email, post, and lead-magnet outline without inventing testimonials or results.

## Stop rules

Do not move to Day 02 until:

- The buyer is more specific than “small businesses,” “creators,” “realtors,” “coaches,” or “anyone who needs AI.”
- The painful workflow is a real repeated task, not a vague outcome like “growth” or “productivity.”
- The reason-now pressure is visible.
- Any evidence is labeled honestly: observed, heard, Tim-supplied, or still only a hypothesis.

## Safe AI help

AI may:

- Brainstorm narrower buyer examples.
- Rewrite vague ideas into concrete workflow sentences.
- Flag missing workflow or evidence.
- Create local files and checklist notes.

AI may not:

- Publish, send, contact, DM, buy, deploy, create accounts, accept terms, connect analytics/email/checkout, or change records.
- Invent market proof, testimonials, revenue, screenshots, customer names, logos, or results.
- Use private payment, tax, legal, KYC, identity, customer, employer, CRM, MLS, or confidential data.

## Next guide

If this sentence is clear, open Guide 02 / First Offer Builder. If not, stay in Guide 01 / Foundation and rewrite the buyer map smaller.
