## Allowed AI preparation job

AI may prepare:

- source ledger;
- evidence table;
- checklist;
- neutral draft;
- unknowns log;
- reviewer questions;
- QA report;
- handoff packet;
- local file.

## Human approval required

A qualified, authorized human approves:

- facts, source version, and context;
- professional/regulatory judgment;
- customer/client/patient/borrower/claimant/tenant/user-facing messages;
- pricing, eligibility, qualification, denial, recommendation, or advice;
- live system access, configuration, production action, CRM/MLS/portal writes, record deletion, or account changes;
- publishing, posting, sending, contacting, buying, deploying, accepting terms, and payment/tax/legal/KYC/private identity use.
